At the moment there are 27 VPSes configured on the Chisinau server.
I don't know why, but 8 VPSes seemed to be running continuously at high %CPU following recent update and revert of the netplan. As far as I am aware, the remaining 19 VPSes are working fine.
All 8 of the overperforming VPSes have been shutdown. From here at Nodeseek, @keyikai and @bugfree are down.
Do you gentlemen want me to attempt restoring your VPSes from your "fresh" snapshots? Attempting the restore will destroy whatever happened subsequent to the snapshot. Alternatively, we could rebuild your VPSes from scratch. Please let me know.
By the way, if you reinstall your VPS, we could make a basic install snapshot which would permit easily reverting to your basic install if something like this ever happens again.
Or, maybe, someone has a better idea about how to adjust the overperforming VPSes?
Thanks! Sorry for the issue! 😃 Thanks to Alexhost! ❤️

Thanks @Not-Oles and @Alexhost, please reinstall my vps.
BTW, I remember I did't run tough tasks on the VPS and there are 4 containers on it with one LLM may cause high CPU, but actually I didn't use much querys, I will monitor it after your reinstallation, thanks again!
@Not-Oles #279 Thanks @Not-Oles, can you rebuild one if there problem cannot resolved shortly?
@bugfree #281
Tes, of course. Thank you for asking!
@Not-Oles #282 Thanks grandpa, have a good day!

Hi @bugfree!
Restoring your VPS from the snapshot did not work. The VPS jumped immediately to 100% CPU.
I will rebuild your VPS from scratch tomorrow. I will message you here when all is ready.
Thanks for your kindness and patience!
Best wishes!
Tom
@bugfree #285
Your VPS has been recreated from scratch.
The login should be the same as before although there will be new host ssh keys. So ssh will ask you about them.
After you do your basic install, please consider asking me to make another snapshot.
Have fun with your renewed VPS! Thanks Alexhost!
@Not-Oles #213
Grandpa, have you forgotten about me?
@bugfree
Haha, your VPS is running high CPU again! Did you go in? What did you do?
You are process 385021 right now. I am going to shut it down again.
Best wishes!
Tom
Not forgotten!
Prioritizing fixing the broken VPSes over issuing new VPSes.
Please check https://fossvps.org/list.html. You are listed there so that I will not forget.
Best wishes!
