It uses all network simultaneously but will favor CN2 GIA, CMIN and AS9929.
It makes it possible to failover just incase any of the premium lines get DDoS attacks, latency issues and much more. But this new link provides much lower latency than every link we have since it favors CN2 GIA, CMIN and AS9929.
