What we truly want to see is how the new management team evaluates and addresses the past incidents.
In fact, many of the events documented during the various controversies are neither unforgivable nor irreparable.
The key point is that we expect to see the attitude an IDC service provider should uphold.
Things that have been done or have occurred should be acknowledged openly and frankly, rather than attempting to evade reality or, worse, shifting the blame and conflict onto customers or potential clients by labeling them as "trolls" or "haters."
More often than not, all we are looking for is a clear stance and demonstration of accountability.
