We currently have a large number of tickets. We will process all of them today. We are checking to see if any resources are available. If no resources are available, we will refund the full amount. We ask for your patience.

We are trying to provide a server to every customer who topped up while we still had stock available (until approximately 12:40 p.m. German time). For all other customers, we will prioritize based on the time of their top-up and provide servers as long as resources are available. However, I don’t think we’ll be able to provide a server to every customer. We will issue a full refund to all customers who are unable to receive a server, crediting the amount back to their original payment method.
