GiffGaff退款指南

找了很多帖子都是分享退款成功的消息，并没有教大家怎么去退款，故出此帖分享下
其实我的卡并没有被封，而且接信息是正常的，但是防患于未然，大部分都坠机了我也选择退款吧

首先来到这个网站

进来之后点左边的黄色按钮

后面就到了工单页面

工单写法我这里贴个我自己的，其实大家让AI改改就好了

Dear giffgaff Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about the unjustified suspension of my giffgaff SIM/account, and to request a full refund, as I no longer wish to continue using giffgaff's services.
My account, registered under xxxxxxx and associated with mobile number xxxxxx, was suspended without any prior warning or clear explanation. I contacted your Customer Support team to resolve this issue, but my account has not been reinstated, and I have received no satisfactory response or resolution.
This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I am entitled to a full refund of any unused balance, goodybag fees, or other charges associated with my account, given that I have been denied access to the service I paid for.
Since I no longer wish to continue using giffgaff's services under these circumstances, I am formally requesting that you:
Process a full refund to my original payment method within 5 working days;
Confirm in writing once the refund has been completed; and
Close my account after the refund is processed.
If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily within 5 working days, I will escalate this complaint to Ofcom and/or the Communications and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS), as is my right as a UK telecoms consumer, and may pursue further action through the Small Claims Court if necessary.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide a complaint reference number in your response.
I look forward to your prompt response.

更新完卡之后回邮件后10.7收到了正式退款的邮件
今天发现已回款
