On Chinese API relay/proxy sites, 倍率 (multiplier) means how much you pay compared to the base/official price.
Actual cost = base price × multiplier
1.0× = normal price
0.5× = half price
0.1× = 10% of the price
2.0× = double price
Different models or channels can have different multipliers. Simply put: lower multiplier = cheaper.
so If you want to do business with Chinese people, you need to know this.
