Due to a power outage at the data center hosting our upstream provider 1GServers in Phoenix, the facility’s cooling system has been affected, causing the temperature of some servers to rise above 100°C. To prevent potential hardware damage, we have proactively shut down the affected servers as a safety measure.
We are currently waiting for the data center’s power and cooling systems to be fully restored. Once the environment returns to a safe operating temperature, we will bring the servers back online and restore the affected services as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we wait for the data center to return to normal operation.
