PQS-越南FPT
本次测试PittQiao（PQS）的越南动态FPT产品，定位是家宽纯落地机器。机器为独享带宽无限流量+动态IP产品，上游直属FPT。FPT是越南的大型科技集团，前身于1988 年成立。现在业务范围不只是宽带，还包括软件与数字化服务、电信、云计算、数据中心和教育等。这个机器具体所属是FPT Telecom，也就是 FPT 集团里的电信业务公司，越南电信家宽产品。

网络质量
三网勉强可以直连，电信看似延时低实则断流丢包严重，联通绕路，延时极高且丢包，移动少部分地区还不错，大部分地区都很一般，建议作为纯落地机器使用，直连仅限于SSH。中转机器直接选择HK的即可，延时基本可以压在30-40ms内，轻松跑满400-500Mbps，带宽冗余度非常不错，当然这款产品本身也标明为独享带宽产品。不过还要额外说一下，DMIT系的产品到这个机器是绕路的，延时暴涨到接近100ms，比其他HK机器多出60ms+，如果你的HK中转资源都是DMIT就要慎重考虑一下(具体延时你也可以在网络质量测试的原始数据中看到)。
IP质量
IP质量优秀，越南家宽+原生IP+常规流媒体基本解锁+标记较少，本身也是动态IP，比较干净，这个应该是目前第一个测到的越南动态IP产品，还是非常不错的，亚太家宽动态IP又多一个新选择
机器性能
机器性能中规中矩，CPU比较弱，IO还不错，属于是”够用“的程度，建站/API/组网基本够用，就是内存给的比较小。
无限流量+独享带宽，并且还能手动/API 来自助更换IP，典型的大户机器，带宽也比较高，如果有越南动态IP家宽需求的用户就可以考虑一下这款产品，对于个人用户而言就有点浪费独享带宽的优势了，而且价格比较高昂
