Q: Is this service really DDoS protected?
A: Yes, we have custom DDoS mitigation. Both TCP and UDP protocols are heavily guarded while still allowing legitimate TCP/UDP traffic.

Q: How do I check if I was attacked?
A: We disclose all attacks to your server in our dashboard. Click on your IP settings in the dashboard and it will show you all traffic, blocked bytes, accepted bytes, blocked packets, and accepted packets.

Q: Can I buy larger servers?
A: Yes. We offer larger servers — just request them in your ticket. We charge $5/CPU core, $1/GB RAM, and $1/10 GB NVMe.

Q: How fast is my connection?
A: The server has a 10 Gbps connection installed by default. You can utilize as much of it as you want, as long as it's within your bandwidth threshold.

Q: What happens if I use more than my bandwidth limit?
A: We charge $3.50/TB for bandwidth you go over. If you go over by 100 GB, you'll be charged only 35 cents. Again, a really good price for Asia-optimized traffic routes.

Bandwidth in Singapore is charged at $4.50/TB. If you go over by 100 GB, you'll be charged only 45 cents.

Q: Are the connections optimized?
A: Yes, we optimize both inbound and outbound connections through our premium anycast.
