We're raising rate limits across the native Claude API. As of June 12, 2026, we increased Claude Sonnet and Claude Haiku rate limits at every usage tier. And starting June 23, 2026, we're simplifying usage tiers. Your organization is moving to a higher tier.
What's changing:
Sonnet and Haiku rate limits increased at every usage tier.
We've simplified to three usage tiers: Start, Build, and Scale. Your organization moves to a higher tier immediately.
No organization receives lower limits than today.
These changes apply automatically to your account; no action required.
With higher limits, you can process more data, run more parallel requests, and keep agentic workloads running with fewer interruptions.
You can view your tier and current limits in the Claude Console, and find details in the rate limits documentation. If you need more capacity, you can request higher limits from the Claude Console, or contact sales about Priority Tier for committed capacity.
