Thank you for reaching out, and our apologies for the delayed response.

Unfortunately, we are currently out of stock on all 9950X-based plans across 
both Los Angeles and Singapore. Hardware procurement has been challenging, 
and we do not have an ETA for restocking in either location. 
Due to this scarcity, we have also had to close our Los Angeles waitlist.

We will announce restocking via Discord, LowEndTalk, and NodeSeek as soon as 
availability returns.
