Your eSIM is no longer associated with your phone or tablet because you’ve either deleted it, or you’ve requested an eSIM swap or transfer.

How to set up your eSIM
iPhone/iPad:
On another device (like a phone, tablet, desktop or laptop), access this email and open the attached PDF – you'll see your unique QR code.
On your iPhone/iPad head to 'Settings', tap 'Mobile Data', then 'Add Data Plan'.
Using your iPhone/iPad camera, scan the unique QR code displayed on the other device and follow the instructions. Your eSIM will download shortly.
Android phone/tablet:
On another device (like a phone, tablet, desktop or laptop), access this email and open the attached PDF – you'll see your unique QR code.
On your phone/tablet head to 'Settings', tap 'Network & Internet', then SIMs '+' and select 'Download a new eSIM'.
Using your phone/tablet camera, scan the unique QR code displayed on the other device and follow the instructions. Your eSIM will download shortly.
Important: how to access your QR code attachment
We've password-protected the attached PDF for your security. If you need to use this when setting up your eSIM, please enter the following password to access it:
If you have a personal account or the account is under your own name, the password is your date of birth: DDMMYYYY
If you have a business account and the account is in your company’s name, the password is the postcode on your account.
