• 在 2026 年 6 月 15 日之前，将所有正在运行的 Arm 实例缩减至最多 2 个 OCPU 和 12 GB RAM。
• 未手动缩减规模的标准免费套餐实例将被关闭。
• 超过新限额的按需付费账户将开始产生费用。
