We have a good internal usage policy, use all you want aslong as its a legitimate workload, majority of users don't realize they don't need 100% CPU all the time, or even 30% CPU, majority of users hover 10%> CPU usage on idle and 50-80% during peak hours.

In fact, the CPU does not need to run full for a long time. My machine usually runs at less than 5%, and only occasionally reaches 50%~100% during compilation and development, and this occupancy usually ends in no more than one or two minutes

NTT Lumen PCCW, We can enable more but those are the most reliable upstreams in Singapore, Especially PPCW.

Peak hours usage is completely fine with us.
