Can I upgrade my configuration separately based on my existing plan? For example, I currently have a VDS-4 and want to add 2GB of RAM or 2 CPU cores. Is this a one-time charge?
Does the system reset function work properly? Sometimes I want to reset the system due to configuration errors, but the time difference makes submitting a support ticket slow.
When you upgrade a service your monthly recurring cost will go up, it will never be a onetime cost.
We currently dont have an automated system to reinstall and or install operating systems, what are you support tickets numbers? i can take a look st the reponse time to your tigkets.
