誠懇通知您，我們需要對雲端服務進行整體業務調整。

具體來說，是由於網絡工程人員選擇了使用默認路由向上游供應商發送部份網絡流量。然而，因為技術原因，這部分流量並未納入成本計算。同時，相關產品管理人員為追求個人業績數字，未有適當正視問題，同時亦透過不正式渠道推廣服務，不符合公司政策。相關員工現已離職。

目前，我們已經停止使用相關上游供應商，以及與該供應商重新商討方案。我們亦會安排獨立人員對這雲端業務和網絡進行全面審視及調整，完成之後，才會恢復售賣新服務。

在這期間，您的現有服務繼續運行，我們將全力保障您的數據安全，並確保服務的連續性。如您遇到任何問題或不便，我們將隨時提供支援。

若您選擇在這一階段提取數據以及停止使用服務，我們將按比例為未使用的服務進行退款。

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using our services.

We sincerely inform you that we need to make an overall business adjustment to our cloud services.

Specifically, this is due to a network engineering personnel choosing to use the default routing to send part of the network traffic to an upstream supplier. However, due to technical reasons, this portion of traffic was not included in the cost accounting. At the same time, the related product management personnel, in pursuit of personal performance figures, did not properly address the issue and also promoted services through informal channels, which is not in line with company policy. The relevant employees have now resigned.

Currently, we have stopped using the related upstream supplier and are renegotiating an new arrangment with them. We will also arrange for independent personnel to conduct a comprehensive review and adjustment of this cloud business and network. New service sales will resume only after this process is completed.

During this period, your existing service will continue to operate, and we will do our utmost to ensure the security of your data and the continuity of the service. If you encounter any problems or inconvenience, we are always ready to provide support.

If you choose to backup your data and stop using the service at this stage, we will refund you proportionally for the unused service.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope for your understanding and support.
