    感谢你的回复!其实方法很简单,我先用中文把想表达的内容和诉求整理好,然后交给AI帮我润色加工成英文。关键是我特别告诉了AI"老板是英国人",所以AI就帮我用了比较符合英式表达习惯的语气和用词,哈哈。这样既能清楚表达自己的想法,又显得比较专业礼貌,工单沟通效果确实会好很多。

The key is that I specifically told the AI "the boss is British", so it helped me adopt phrasing and vocabulary that align with British English expression habits, haha. This way, I can clearly convey my ideas while maintaining a professional and polite tone, which really does improve the quality of ticket communication.
