看看/etc/ssh/sshd_conf 确认修改为 PermitRootLogin yes PasswordAuthentication yes 再重启ssh(可能包含ssh.service和ssh.socket)，可事先看状态确认，跟你的系统和版本不同而不同
是不是设置了不允许root登录

重装几遍了还是这样
可能是镜像问题吧，在vnc直接改密码或者密钥登录
找到原因是我失误了邮件的IP与实际IP写错了个数 谢谢各位
