我买之前其实就这个aff问过客服，第一个完全几乎没回答我的问题，就回了

We would like to inform you that we are not allowed to pay commissions directly to private customers. This means that commissions in these cases are always offset against the invoices.
第二个回信
Your pending commissions from the partner program cannot be paid out to you as a private customer. However, you may accumulate these amounts and use them at a later time to offset invoices and claims from us for products. The commissions do not have an expiration date.
Alternatively, you can convert the commissions into credit notes and, for example, pass them on to others.
A direct payout is not possible in this case, as payouts are exclusively available for business accounts and companies.
We kindly ask for your understanding
You can find your commissions in your queue. The link to the overview is available in the CCP under “Invoices” in the upper right section.
为什么是预付费订单？按照现行规则，netcup 不都是按照账单日才收费嘛，难道这些不算预付费订单？

其实单纯是他条款没有写清楚的坑，就类似最终解释权在我方的那种。
从客服回信来看就是无法用于预付款的意思。
@dadadabao #12 似乎当点击payout后，需要等官方那边一段时间后才算能正式抵扣之后的订单费用。
但是您又说这是预付费订单无法使用aff金额抵扣，似乎又与这个无关。
我在netcup没有消费过这么大的金额，正常月付rs2000、买域名或者说那种1o年付的订单都能直接用aff抵扣。
如果真的是因为购买金额太大，触发无法使用aff，那就无话可说了。
不过刚买的不是可以30天无理由退款嘛？

其实第二个客服回答的什么我的没咋搞懂，什么转化成credit notes然后给别人，控制面板好像没有这个功能吧? 总体来说我看官网和客服回信意思就是会作为你下一个invoice的抵扣，我感觉应该没问题了就去下单的。
昨晚出175欧账单我感觉不对就去问了，如果是payout审核的问题，我感觉她这个回信也会说，但她这个回复的是不能用于预付费订单。
30天无理由算了，我平时一个月机子都比这个一年贵了，不想慢悠悠的发邮件扯皮了。
我的理解是自己aff佣金支付过的订单转移给其它人，其实就是变相用自己的aff给别人用。
它这个控制面板根本没这个转移佣金的功能！
看您这情况，在下一年的账单中，这些佣金应该能用的上。

那个系统就是个弱智。我上次以为aff会自己支付，直到被催付账单，要暂停服务...
