Earlier today I ran tests on the London/Fareham/UK server following the reinstall with Proxmox. The performance was good, excellent network, and similar to the previous install.
I am hopeful that, within a short time, your existing VPS will be restored.
Your request has been pssed to the FOSSVPS Team. My expectation is that they will reassign your VPS back to you soon. I do not know about the dedicated IPv4. There is a shortage of IPv4s.
Since I am not personally administering the London/Fareham/UK server, I can not say exactly when your VPS will again be ready.
I still am administering the Chisinau server until it gets rebuilt, no date set as yet.
Please post to let me know if you get in with your ssh key (password login is disabled). Please feel free to remove my ssh keys, which are present along with your key.
