I would like to apply for a VPS located in Los Angeles, the specs would like to be 2C2G 30G.
Dedicated IPv4 is preffered and IPV6 is also meet my needs by now.

If I am not mistaken, you seem to be requesting double CPU cores, double RAM, and double disk compared to everyone else. Plus, you want a dedicated IPv4, and there are no dedicated IPv4s available in Chisinau at the present moment.
Additionally, I am a little confused about what you want to run inside Docker.
I will keep trying to give you a VPS. Maybe, at some time before too long, I might be able to meet your requirements.

Unfortunately, there are no dedicated IPv4 VPSes available in Chisinau at the present moment. Also, as you know, FOSSVPS is not for commercial use. But you say you want to use your VPS for "work." Do you mean commercial work? Or do you mean just "hard work studying?" 😃

FOSVPS.org needs to be registered as a non-profit corporation. Registration will cost about $210. It helps 501(c)(3) tax status in the US if costs are paid for by the public and not by any one individual. I already received a $50 contribution, but $20 was used to renew the LA server until November. Thus FOSSVPS still needs about $180. If anyone wants to contribute by Paypal, that would be great!
If someone wants to join the FOSSVPS staff, that also would be great. If you are interested in joining the staff, please let me know!
