You asked for Debian 13, which is great! But, right now, since a recent Chisinau node update, new Debian VPSes are refusing to boot. However, Ubuntu VPSes seem to be working fine. Would Ubuntu 24.04 LTS be okay for you, or do you prefer to wait until Debian again becomes available?
From what you said about wanting to learn IPv6, maybe an IPv6-only VPS might work for you? Or maybe a NAT IPv4? We do not have very many dedicated IPv4s. The supply may be ehausted before I can finish your request.

My fourth project, Monitor Stooock, may require the use of AI APIs. For now, I can start with an IPv6-enabled server, but if IPv4 resources become available in the future, I would greatly appreciate it if you could prioritize assisting me with switching to an IPv4-supported server.
