Following attention by Alexhost support, the Chisinau server is again online. It responds to ping, and I can log in. virsh seems to think that all the current VMs are running.

I have a few IPv6-only VPSes in Chisinau. I expect 5 more dedicated IPv4 + IPv6/128 Chisinau VPSes to become availaible in a few days. Maybe we might make a few more NAT IPv6 + IPv6/80 VPSes in London.
