Hello,

at the time of the domain order there was a promotion for domain registrations and domain renewals, which was only available for a limited time. Since the promotion has ended, the renewal price has been changed to the standard price.

If, for example, another promotion takes place, then the prices will be changed globally, i.e. for new registrations but also for renewals for existing domains. This will be changed again once the promotion has expired.

Hello,

You bought the domain in a special promotion with reduced prices for domain registration and renewal, this promotion has long since ended, therefore the normal renewal price applies. We have never advertised it in forums like LowEndTalk and LEB or anything else, if such a post exists, please send it to us.

I want to check my domain but the recurring amount has changed. I don't that is appropriate to do that, especially as a German seller. Please change it to the way it was before.
