There is a $3 one-time charge associated with swapping IP addresses. Please note that we do not make any guarantee the replaced IPs will be in more usable condition in such scenarios.
We would like to inform you that if you are facing now an issue with your IP we can troubleshoot the issue and resolve it without additional charges. If it requires changing the IP we can perform this action as well.
However, you are responsible for the health of the IP. If the actions from this server result in the blacklisting of the IP, you will need to delist it and we do not offer change of the related IP. According to our TOS spam and other activities that can result in blacklisting of the IP are not tolerated.
We remain at your disposal.
