Michael here from Vive Hosting. Some heavy criticism in this thread, mostly about lack of support from what I can tell. I get it, I really do and we're genuinely sorry. For a while we took too long to respond to tickets and even missed a handful altogether. All I can say is that we went quiet for a while and got to work. We didn't post any more promos during this period at all and we've only done it recently because we're actually confident in the tech stack powering all of this.

As for mention of price increased and changed to data transfers, drop us a ticket and this will be fixed right away. If you were an old customer of ours who bought one of our storage servers and weren't particularly happy, reach out and we'll get you setup with a replacement for free.
