这是个性能强悍的VPS，不管是CPU、还是硬盘，基本上对于个人业务来说性能是毫无压力的；网络ip这块儿，算是优化得相当不错的，全部都是从美国东海岸的阿什本走国际线路到西海岸，然后从电信、联通、移动在西海岸的节点直连回国。

As per our terms, we currently do not offer refunds of services to users located in Asia. This is due to the huge amount of abuse of the refund system that has originated from users trying to use the services for things like bypassing geo restrictions and then immediately wanting a refund when this doesn't work.
We'd be happy to offer a transfer to one of our other locations as a test, Tokyo, Ashburn or the UK, or adding this as account credit but unfortunately we cannot refund due to the above reasons.
